What the day will look like

As a Senior Global Benefits Consultant specialising in Growing Multinationals (GMNs), you will play a leading role in the ongoing development of the GMN proposition and its delivery to our clients. You will manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, which will include leading financial and strategic discussions fulfilling your role as trusted advisor to your clients.

As a Senior Global Benefits Consultant some of your day might include:
Helping to develop and grow the overall GMN strategy and proposition
Working with Aon colleagues around the world to ensure our clients receive impeccable service and advice
Leading business development opportunities
Leading client teams in the completion of major milestones
Communicating with external parties to resolve issues and develop solutions
Finalising and peer reviewing key client deliverables
Being accountable for the services being provided
Conducting client meetings and presenting results as lead of a collaborative client service team
Leading financial and strategic discussions with clients
Anticipating and addressing client needs
Establishing strategic level relationships with clients
