Civils Foreman

Duties for the general Civils Foreman ;
receive calls from all deliveries when 4 miles from site and manage their movements to ensure no significant log jams on the approach roads;
manage materials storage and unloading on site for all packages of work;
liaise with all on site to ensure as far as possible all the information is available to carryout roles as above;
understanding what’s being delivered ,keep track of it for future use, looking to get materials on site early;
assist with vehicle movements;
certification to drive a telehandler desirable however not essential ;
a MECIA bias would be beneficial as the project moves along the deliveries will be more technically involved on MECIA than would be the Civils materials, an advantage however a civils foreman who wants to improve or increase his value should have no issuesextending their knowledge to fulfil this roll later.
