Macildowie are delighted to be recruiting for a law firm based in Beeston for a Legal Secretary to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
You will work alongside other Legal Secretaries within the business providing support where needed, due to the nature of the role there is no working from home option.
Monday Friday 9am 5pm (flexible start and finish times if required e.g. 8:30am-4:30pm)
**Role & responsibilities include**:
Typing letters, attendance notes and other dictation to assist fee earners with the formatting of documents.
Assisting accounts department by sending out letters and cheques.
Effectively managing own time, workload and resources.
Effective communication within the team.
Taking the post at the end of the day.
Managing the admin inbox daily covering new account openings, AML checks and dictation.
Supporting Fee Earners with Printing, letters and bundles.
Working closely with the admin team members in ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
Experience as a Legal Secretary
Ability to prioritise and organise workloads efficiently
Excellent organisational Skills
Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
Excellent Administration skills
Outstanding time-management and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of GDPR - Always maintaining the strictest levels of confidentiality
Accuracy and high attention to detail
Ability to work as a team or individually
Can work to tight deadlines
IT Proficient particularly in MS Office
