**Electrical - Senior Engineer**

Premier Engineering has engaged with a key client and an established Building Services company providing a wide range of services to the building industry and high-profile clients. Due to team & project growth an opportunity has arisen for an Electrical BuildingServices Design Engineer to join on a permanent basis.
As an Electrical Senior Engineer you will be required to undertake an Electrical design role on high pressure pipeline and plant systems, working to high electrical engineering standards within the budgets and timescales set by our clients. You will be engagedand conscientious about the work you produce, leading by example. You will have the ability to learn quickly and work methodically under your own initiative and as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will also have awareness and commitment to health, safetyand environmental procedures relating to design and construction activities.
Preferably you will have a minimum of 5 years electrical engineering experience working within utility, pipeline or related industries, and have good working knowledge of the applicable design codes including BS7671 - electrical wiring regulations and BritishStandards. You will have gained at least a 2:1 (Upper Second-Class honours) in an Electrical Engineering degree and be registered with an appropriate institution. You also will have obtained (Senior Engineer) or be working towards (Engineer) Incorporated orChartered Engineer status.
Moreover, it would be a good advantage if you had C&G 2396 electrical design qualification and knowledge / experience of the following:

- **AMTECH**:

- **Autocad 2D**:

- **ATEX / DSEAR Compliance**:

- **Formal Process Safety Assessments i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, HAZCON, SWDS**:

- **Safety Integrity (BS EN 61508 / BS EN 61511)**
