Applications are invited for the position of franchised Caterer on a self-employed basis at the Holyhead Golf Club.
- Seasonal Menus
- Sunday Carvery
- Society and visiting party catering packages
- Weddings, funerals, christenings, baby showers, birthdays, charity nights etc.
- Member’s club functions and presentation evenings
The catering turnover is circa 100k with a potential to increase as we believe there is an opportunity to expand through the above.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliance are maintained by the Club. All crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, dishes and tablecloths are also provided. The cleaning of these items is the responsibility of the franchisee.
You will be required appoint own staff to support the kitchen and front of house, assisted by the golf club’s bar staff.
Be flexible with seasonal opening hours and scheduled events. (minimum summer opening hours 9am-5pm 6 days a week and 5 days a week in the winter)
Understand the food safety regulations and practices including Food Hygiene legislation, Health & Safety and COSHH.
Provide suitable staffing levels to ensure a professional standard of service is delivered.
