Festival Staff

Verve People recruit on behalf of festivals, racecourses, large scale events, leading hotels, restaurants, and venues in Cheshire and wider areas.

**We are currently looking for vibrant and enthusiastic festival staff to join our team to be involved in exciting and fast-paced environments.**

As part of our team will have **fantastic opportunities to gain new skills **and develop within the company.

You will be working with experienced team members who will nurture and refine your skills.

**What your role would include**:

- Preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Using a till to take orders and process payments
- Checking customers identification and age verification
- Engaging with customers and advising them about current promotions

Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards.
- Experience in restaurant environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
- Pride in your work and appearance
- A positive and hardworking attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Helens: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
