**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Producing weekly reports and forecasts
- Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Booking in customers for small jobs and scheduling other staff on a cloud based system.
- Maintain office supplies such as stationery, printer refills and contractor uniforms; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records, updating project and project costings where applicable.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Basic bookkeeping skills
- Strong computer skills with a good working knowledge of excel and the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
Knowledge of Xero is preferable but not essential.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

Salary dependant on experience and hours.
