Sales Assisant

We are competitive on price, and can offer our customers a far wider choice of product and product options compared to National bed retailers, our goal is to maintain our strong presence, and excellent reputation within the area.

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and organized sales assistants with a strong personality to join our team. Full Time (33-35 hours) Part Time (21-28 hours). Using your natural ability to engage, inspire and offer advice to our customers, ensuring they choose the correct bed or mattress, that suits them and their needs best.

**Duties**:

- To work on the shop floor in a face-to-face environment with our customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Use your sales skills to close the sale.
- Complete the required computer-based invoicing, and any credit agreement, should the customer require that option.
- Assist with occasional moving, dismantling, and assembling of product, and contribute to the overall appearance of the store.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience within this trade or in a similar environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Be of smart appearance.
- Full time position will require you to work either a Saturday or Sunday & Rota Bank Holidays.
- Part Time position may require you to work a Saturday or Sunday & occasional Bank Holiday.

In return we offer a competitive basic salary, open ended commission, on achieving your minimum monthly target, and add-on sales incentives. Upto 28 days paid holiday, pension scheme, and no late-night working as we close at 5.30.
