**What will you be doing as a Drivers Mate?**
- Working as a 2-person delivery team delivering items in customers' homes
- Responsible for calling customers ahead of time to advise of ETA and carry out pre delivery assessment of the property
- Accurately record delivery outcomes on to Flexi Pod system
- Complete risk assessments on arrival to customer property checking for potential hazards
- Communicating with clients and head office to advise of any difficulties during delivery or installation
- Always providing a first-class customer service experience

**Relevant skills and experience as a Drivers Mate**:

- This is a physically demanding role including lifting and shifting - essential that you are physically able to lift items
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
- Time management skills and comfortable in working to deadlines
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
