Behaviour Buddy

Milk Education are pleased to be recruiting for 1:1 Behaviour Support Mentors to work in SEND schools across the Rochdale area. The role will involve providing support to children who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning.

Roles are available on a part time or full-time basis. Working hours will be 8:30am-3:30pm

**_If you have worked in an education, social care, nursery setting or similar and have passion to support children with additional needs then this role would be PERFECT for you_**

To be considered for the role you must have:

- Previous experience working with children, or young adults, with behaviour and complex needs
- Confidence dealing with pupils with different abilities and SEND requirements
- An ability to build positive relationships and a rapport with young people
- Have a caring, resilient nature
