RWG is the leading global provider of approved maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Siemens-Energy industrial aero-derivative gas generators and power turbines. We are authorised to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Rolls-Royce marine gas turbines used for marine propulsion.
- Responsibility for accuracy of stock balances in ERP system.
- Monthly reconciliation of all inventory balances to enable a comprehensive analysis to understand movements, trends and variances to budget/forecast.
- Proactive review of inventory accounts to identify and challenge excess monthly purchases or stock holdings including timely reporting to management.
- Reporting to Management and Inventory Teams on areas of improvement in processes, controls and progress against identified issues.
- Working with operational materials managers to understand any stock discrepancies, Engine purchase Return To Parts (RTP) etc and ensure stock is being handled appropriately, i.e. FIFO basis.
- Monthly monitoring of RTP business cases and pro-active reporting of any deviation from approved plans.
- Periodic review of excess/obsolete inventory including proposed adjustments to inventory provisions.
- Ensuring stock counts are completed covering all items of RWG and Customer owned stock ensuring timely reporting and investigation of discrepancies.
- Providing External Auditors with all information requested regarding inventory balances.
- Overall responsibility for completeness and accuracy of all Finance related Inventory procedures.

**Technical Requirements/Experience**:

- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Ensure compliance with RWG Financial policies and procedures.
- Previous supervisory experience is beneficial for this role but not essential.
- Previous working knowledge of either Oracle Fusion ERP system or Maximo inventory systems is desirable.
