**About the job**

To provide administrative support to South West Railway occupational health and wellbeing services to the clinical team and the 5500 employees across SWR, and to any other contracts for provision of occupational health services.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Use online booking system to manage appointment bookings for all clinical staff.
- Report medical results back to the managers in the business and update the HR database system.
- Ensure ACMS is updated daily with medical results
- Ensure all reports and letters for OH Physician are typed and forwarded to appropriate managers with appropriate consent
- Ensure electronic medical records are updated as appropriate
- Ensure wellbeing inbox is managed proactively
- Book all periodic medicals due for Drivers and SC colleagues in a timely manner
- Ensure office supplies are ordered appropriately

**As a minimum, you will need to have**:

- Previous experience working in an HR environment would be an advantage
- Strong timemanagement skills with a proven ability to prioritse work load to Business needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Able to work within a team and also individually
- Experience with working with Office 365, Excel and Powerpoint
- Have a flexible approach to ensure customers needs are met and be able to use their own initiative
- Able to work in a busy lively environment

**About the location**

South Western Railways HQ is based on the 4th Floor at South Bank Central, a stone's throw from the River Thames and a 10 minute walk from our busiest station, Waterloo. It is local to many well-known attractions, restaurants and retail facilities and is easily accessible by public transport.

**Working pattern**

Working an average of 37 hours per week over 5 days

09.00-17.00hrs, Monday - Friday
