**Responsibilities**:

- Data entry, accounting & bank reconciliation.
- Reconcile daily takings.
- Suppliers and customers invoices.
- Assist with reception duties and enquiries at busy times.
- Month-end accounts: accruals, Provide Xero reports for GM and Finance Director.
- Prepare Invoices for sponsorship and room/land rental.
- Maintain fixed assets register.
- Prepare VAT Return Calculations. Make on-line return and payments.
- Year End accounts preparation.
- Monthly payroll and Pension Auto enrolment.
- Assist the GM with procurement such as utilities, service contracts, and other business-related contracts/lease agreements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£13.20 per hour

- Budleigh Salterton, EX9 6DG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
