Merlewood, rated overall “Good” seeks to recruit a creative, energetic and organised person for our **Activities and events Team - 14 hours per week.**

**Manual driving licence for a minimum of 3 years required.**

**£13.31 per hour plus excellent benefits (including training and career development opportunities, staff welfare and support and heritage working environment)**

These are exciting times at Merlewood with growth in the number of residents we support, we are looking to expand our team and have a vacancy for a Social Events Leader, based at our superb heritage site, set in beautiful grounds within Virginia Water, Surrey.

This role will involve you promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for all residents. You will be required to assess each resident’s individual interests and support them by planning and organising programmes of events which encourage participation in activities and hobbies. You'll lead and motivate colleagues to engage with residents on a social level to support a fulfilled life experience for the individual
