**We are looking for**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the food and beverage department, including the restaurant, bar, and room service.
- Ensure that all food and beverage service is of the highest quality and that guests receive excellent service.
- Manage inventory and ordering for the food and beverage department, ensuring adequate supplies and timely deliveries.
- Train and develop food and beverage team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable of menu offerings and service standards.
- Monitor and maintain food and beverage cost controls and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and industry trends.
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Relevant qualifications in food and beverage management, hospitality, or a related field would be an advantage.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
