Accounts Payable Team Leader Contract: Permanent Salary: Up to £27,500 Location: Fully remote Hours: Full time I’m currently working with a leading business in their recruitment of an Accounts Payable Team Leader on a permanent basis. This role offers fully remote working and you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 in the AP function of the business.

Key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Team Leader include:

- Oversee the production of accurate suppler payment runs, responsible for the review and first approval.
- Statement Reconciliations to be carried out on a quarterly basis
- Weekly currency payments
- Oversee and manage the processing of invoices monitoring volumes so workload can be managed & matching discrepancies
- Supplier setup process is adhered to and paperwork filed and understanding of key stock supplier’s payment terms and ensure understanding of ageing profile on bought ledger
- Liaise with purchasing teams to resolve stock issues
- Ideally you will have experience in a Supervisor role
- 5 years of experience within an Accounts Payable environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to review processes and implement change.
