Tally Checkers

As a Tally checker, you will be working based in a Port that moved and handles large containers situated in various sections of the site. You will be required to work as part of the team, keeping track of lorries entering and exiting the port. You will alsoneed to keep track of foot pedestrians entering and exiting the port, as well as direct drivers correctly to where they need to be. As a Tally checker, you will also need to check all paperwork for the containers are correct and assist traffic marshals withtheir role in health and safety.

**Shift pattern**: 4 on 4 off days and nights

**Rates**: £10.31 per hour

**Location**: SS17 9DY

**Total hours per week**: 42 hours per week

**Role requirements**:

- Communication must be to the highest standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- 5 years of checkable work history

**Skills needed**:

- Experience in a similar role is essential

**Duties**:
