This role supports Global Collections Strategic Programmes across Operations and Technical teams, based on CCS priorities. This individual is expected to coordinate Global programme planning and activities, working closely with Global and Regional Operations participants, technology and transformation teams within CCS.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Leading Complex Collections Programmes that impact Operations and/or Technology Solutions.
- Supporting change and be a champion for continuous performance improvement across Global and Regional Collections.
- Being responsible for multiple and/or multi-level projects and expected to independently own and manage all project segments.
- Demonstrating a broad base of Collections and/or Operational knowledge and coordinate the completion of multiple concurrent tasks to provide a cohesive, quality end project delivery.
- Actively monitoring competitors, as well as trends and emerging technologies/innovations in the industry, leveraging those observations to identify opportunities and support recommendations.
- Delivering step change in Collections operational performance (cost, service levels, and customer satisfaction) through identification and successful initiation of new change initiatives aligned with global directions and global/regional business transformation initiatives.
- Acting as trusted advisor to business partners and ensure commercially based decisions are taken on prioritizing and optimizing the change portfolio.
Requirements

**Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications**
- Experience working in Operations, Change, Technology, Retail and/or Risk
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence at a peer and senior stakeholder level
- Relevant functional knowledge, Collections preferred, Underwriting also a plus
- Past working experience in an operational environment is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of managing transformation and change programs across diverse entities, gaining engagement across all levels.
- Strong management, interpersonal, training, analytical and organizational skills.
- Proven project management capability.
- Excellent relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to work to tight deadlines and exacting standards.
- Ability to present to senior management at Executive level

This is a hybrid role and the base location is Birmingham.
