We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Breakfast Assistant at the Best Western Glasgow Hotel - Glasgow located on Sauchiehall Street with 91 bedrooms, together with a selection of Meeting and Events rooms, plus our Lounge Bar and Grill Restaurant, this is a 24/7 property where you will never be bored Ultimately Devoncove Hotel is all about customer service.

Objective of the Role

To be an integral part of the team, we are looking for someone who can deliver the highest standards of food service and presentation, who can run breakfast as required and who will be proactive in supporting the management of the breakfast including taking orders, providing clear instructions to the chef and have a full understanding of health and safety.

The suitable applicant will be expected to actively participate in the cleaning of the breakfast area along with the rest of the team to ensure that health and safety audits are passed with the highest marks. You will need to have good communications skills, speaking clearly, and being comfortable in a front facing role, be polite, professional, presentable, calm, and well organised.

Ideally, we are looking for a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience ideally working within a similar role, or an established Bartender looking to progress within the industry.

This role is offered on a part time - permanent. We are looking for someone to commit to working across mornings start from 7am, afternoons, evenings, and weekends along with other shifts as and when required by the business.

Shifts

Start from 7am and finish at 11am every day.

Working 5 days per week

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
