**Systems Integration Specialist - Edinburgh (Hybrid) - To 50K + Bonus**

This time, they're looking torecruit the skills of a Systems Integration Specialist on a permanent basis.

You'll use your strong knowledge of complex systems and design verification to play a key and varied role in their R&D tech function, and use your expertise across Software and Hardware to plan and implement core system integration events, ultimately benefitinga great product line of devices deployed around the globe.

**An outline of the role**:

- Take the reins across planning/coordinating/evaluating/documenting/implementing complex system integrations in line with design verification phases
- Image capturing & collecting data to aid development and wider tech function
- Liaise with a cross-functional Agile squad to ensure integrations are carried out in accordance with deadlines and other constraints
- Assessing existing infrastructure/systems/processes/practices/tooling to identify areas for improvements/upgrades/integrations or otherwise and helping to continuously evaluate integrations/performance
- Performing debugs/RCA for problems that arise along the product development lifecycle
- Identifying and implementing up-to-date software/hardware principles and best practice, especially those around system integrations
- Help to prep prototype systems to enable both internal and external trials concerning new products/features/etc.

**Skills/Knowledge**:

- Track record of working a similar role in a commercial setting, and ideally a relevant degree in Engineering, Physics, or another scientific/technical field
- Strong grasp of complex systems integrations and knowledge of design verification, image capturing and other relevant areas
- Ability to work as part of a dedicated, Agile tech function and R&D-style setting and cross-functionally liaise with other technical teams across different areas of the organisation
