Machinist (Manual)

**Salary**: £32,000 - £36,000
Location: Peterborough (Outskirts)
Monday-Friday (40-Hours)

Interaction Recruitment have teamed up with a well-established family run engineering company on the outskirts of Peterborough. Due to an expansion my client is looking to take on an experienced Machinist to join the expanding team.
The Role:

- Working on the workshop, operating manual Mills and Lathes
- Grinding a crankshaft to remove material in order to recondition and reuse a vital part of an engine
- Pressure testing and head re-facing
- Re-boring
- Experience working in a workshop environment
- Experience working in with plant machinery
- Welding/Fabrication (Beneficial)
- The ability to work with a team and on your own
- A hands-on attitude
- A full UK driving License
