You will be joining our expanding team at our brand new Innovation Centre, with one of the most technological skincare suited labs, large and impressive manufacturing rooms and a top efficient distribution site.

As a Stock Controller, your mission will be to guarantee that stock items can immediately be found in the right location, in the right conditions. You will oversee the day to day running of our stock control system and will include areas such as inbound stock, availability of finished goods and accuracy of stock required for manufacturing.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Conducting regular cycle counts of the warehouse locations, including all finished goods, componentry and raw materials.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring related information is reflected within the relevant systems at all times.
- Full Inventory Management - investigate discrepancies and troubleshoot solutions to prevent future issues, keeping the warehouse to the highest standard.
- Building and managing relationships between internal teams, ensuring effective communication between departments.
- Liaising with internal supply and demand teams to ensure continuity of supply.
- Ownership of all stock returns, including those from production and blending, as well as external the returns processes and claim investigations for stock variances.
- Collating and maintaining weekly reports, taking appropriate action where required and communicating this effectively to relevant departments.
- Ensuring GMP and the highest cleanliness standards are maintained at all times in line with company expectations.
- Have strong attention to detail with numerical skills
- Have previous experience in a stock control role
- Demonstrate strong PC literacy with the ability to problem solve
- Be someone who is punctual and friendly
- Have experience of achieving the highest quality control standards at all times
- Be organised, articulate and methodical with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
