This is an exciting opportunity to join the production team who manage and develop our contact centre systems and utilise data intelligence. Ardent Credit Services work on behalf of well-known financial clients to support their customers.

**About the Role**:
We are looking to fill this post with someone who enjoys dealing with numbers and working in a team in a fast-moving Financial Services environment. You will need you to be able to plan and prioritise your workload, work accurately, with attention to detail, good communication and IT skills. You can develop your career in with us as we expand our business here in the UK and Europe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- We’ll support you to achieve an apprenticeship qualification in data analytics
- Analyzing data from a variety of sources to identify and resolve exceptions
- Working with systems and contact centre dialler to optimise efficiency
- Working closely with the operations team to update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives.
- Ensure (our contact centre remains) compliant and meets all regulatory requirements and internal requirements.
- Develop towards acting as a contingency for the Production Manager as and when required.
- Work closely with the wider Collections team supporting service delivery, performance, and improvement projects.
- Monitor team and agent performance and utilisation.
- Support when/if required with the maintenance and recovery of dialler production.

**Essential Skills**
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to establish good working relationships.
- Willing to learn techniques and skills
- Ability to learn quickly and think logically
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail

**Working Pattern - based on Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm**
- Time given for apprenticeship studies
