Ideal Carehomes are looking for a Regional Trainer for the **"North Yorkshire** area to join us as part of our expanding Training Team. You will be covering - **4 homes**

You will be an integral part of our training programme for care staff, to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of residential and dementia care, and we create great places to live and work. We are committed to providing all staff with the tools they require to be the best they can be and for our training programmes to be innovative and second to none. We endeavor to get our new starters off on the best foot, making sure they are competent to hit the ground running.

As a Regional Trainer you would be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of staff training including carrying out induction, refresher and specialist training to all homes in the South East Region on a rotational basis. As part of the wider training team, your experience in a similar role will be called upon for new ideas to continue to develop our training programmes.
