The role involves viewings, new business development, inventories, check out visits and maintenance reports along with associated tasks all managed through IT systems.

Targets to be achieved on a monthly basis ( commission paid )

Must have own vehicle ( paid mileage )

The ability for modern working using IT systems, electronic diaries/ tasks, Apps etc is important to the success of the role which requires quality and quantity to achieve the desired outcomes.
