**What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant?**

**You will be trained with our comprehensive 3-month training scheme to ensure that you are able to succeed in your career as a Recruitment Consultant.**
- Managing and maintaining client relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations
- Adhering to Company Values
- Using Job boards such as CV Library & indeed to conduct CV searches and post job adverts.
- Using social media platforms like LinkedIn to become an expert in Trades & Labour.

Previous experience within recruitment is not essential for this role but to have worked within a target driven role is essential for relationship building.
