**Responsibilities**:

- Create and post engaging content across specified social media platforms.
- Share upcoming events and promotions to generate interest and drive ticket sales.
- Utilize creative strategies to expand our reach and attract a larger audience.
- Monitor social media trends to ensure content is timely and appealing.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Track and report on social media engagement metrics to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing social media accounts with a focus on promotional campaigns.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including best practices for content and engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to craft engaging posts.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passionate about nightlife, entertainment, and event promotion.

Compensation:

- This is a performance-based position where compensation is tied to the number of leads generated and tickets sold.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £6.70-£21.19 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 20 per week
