Office Administrator

South Sands Hotel is an independent hotel in beautiful Salcombe, South Devon. We are a small friendly team. The role can be on-site or a mix of on-site and home working.

We are looking for an Office Administrator to assist with the administration of the business and maintain our records. The role requires someone who has meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills and is able to work independently and efficiently. Confidentiality essential.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Managing and organising office, including records
- Administration of staff properties (eg utilities, records etc)
- Office purchasing (eg stationery)
- Managing Purchase Orders
- Petty cash payments and cash handling
- Administering staff timesheets
- Managing HR records
- Managing staff contracts
- Staff induction
- Liaising with internal teams
- Liaising with Director

**Must haves**:

- Excellent computer skills
- Proficient in Google Docs, Excel and MS Word.
- Able to work on your own and as part of a team.

The salary or hourly rate for this role is negotiable, depending on experience, either employed or self-employed. Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
