**As a temporary receptionist at Mitie Group Ltd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and employees. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, directing guests to the appropriate locations, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

In addition to traditional receptionist tasks, you will also be expected to assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential for success in this role.
