As a C**ommercial Finance Portfolio Coordinator**, you will be responsible for the pro-active collection of all Dealer and Manufacturer arrears in the portfolio together with the early identification and reporting of problem loan situations or assets at risk of loss. A key responsibility will be the prompt and accurate reporting of exposures that are in arrears to the UK management team. In addition, it will be important to work cooperatively with both the Commercial Finance sales team and the UK Collections & Recoveries Team in securing payment resolutions.

**Your function**:

- Identify all assets that are sold and unpaid from Field Audit or other advice
- Contact customer to effect immediate and full payment of sold assets
- Report all unpaid Sale out of Trust (SOT) Sold an Unpaid (SAU) accounts with updated status of collection activity
- Where necessary ensure credit lines are placed on hold for Dealers with unresolved SOT/SAU
- Identify all unpaid Dealer and Manufacturer Interest and Capital payments
- Contact customer to effect collection of all due amounts in accordance with scheme/program terms
- Report all unpaid Interest/Curtailments with updated status of expected payment dates
- Prompt and immediate reporting of all Problem Loan situations
- Ensure all exposure and problem amounts are adequately outlined with current status
- Support all recovery actions as necessary with correct documentation and asset information & location
- Provide Collections & Recoveries team with detailed debt breakdown & appropriate documentation supporting the exposure
- Provide continued support to Collections & Recoveries team through the further collection period
- Where necessary liaise with Vendor partners to secure repossession collaboration
- Manage and monitor the field audit schedule in accordance with credit conditions and Commercial Finance Europe field audit policy
- Review all completed field audits to ensure all equipment is adequately identified and all SOT accounts are paid
- Identify all manufacturer issues relating to equipment on finance and liaise with manufacturer personnel to ensure resolution
- Customer service / account management of the live dealer portfolio and vendor relationships

Measures:

- Minimal examples of unresolved amounts uncollected
- Audit diary and classification managed to deadline
- Positive customer feedback
- Smooth interdepartmental process

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in telephone account collection or associated customer-based communication
- Legal and business economics knowledge (products, insolvency, bankruptcy) is desirable
- Interaction with others is critical to the role and is crucial in both directing customer behavior and ensuring team strategy is effective
- Numerical reasoning and analytical skills
