- Full Time / Permanent Position - Hybrid Working (2 days home based, 3 days office based)

**IT Technician - Role Overview**

IT Technicians are an integral part of the internal IT team involved in all aspects of internal computer system & network support.
- Investigating and remedying computer hardware & software faults on laptops and desktop PC’s
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- User administration
- Preparing PCs, laptops, mobile phones, hardware for new and existing employees
- Responding to technical help requests from employees at all seniority levels
- Working with the IT team on projects and priority tasks
- Visiting production sites when needed

**IT Technician - Essential Skills**
- Providing IT support to end users
- Remote troubleshooting
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Windows 10
- Microsoft Office
- Desktops/Laptop configuration
- Full UK Drivers Licence
