**About The Role**

Based at Carron House and reporting to the Finance PA, you will provide a reception and administration service including:

- Welcoming visitors to Carron House.
- Ensuring incoming calls are managed effectively and dealt with courteously at all times.
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mail including parcels.

You will also support the Purchase Ledger Team with invoice scanning, template management and reconciling supplier statements.

**Hours of Work**

This is a part-time position and the hours of work are 20.5: per week
- Wednesday and Thursday - 0900-1700
- Friday - 0900-1600

You should have experience of a reception environment, managing telephone calls and purchase ledger administration.

You should also have excellent communication and IT skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload.
