Window Cleaner/ Grounds Maintenance / Gardener/ Cleaner

Luxury Property Solutions Ltd take care of residential property developments varying in size across the North London, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire regions, we are now looking to add to our team, must be reliable

PRIMARY DUTIES

Reach and wash window cleaning to the residential buildings we maintain, sizes vary from 2 storey to 4 storey buildings, the applicant should be previously skilled with the reach and wash system, applicant must be able to carry out individual work as well as part of a team on occasions.

SECONDARY DUTIES

The duties of this role will include helping out with the Gardening and Cleaning to the blocks of flats that we take care of, the Gardening general duties will include grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, some light tree pruning and litter picking of car parks and perimeters and cleaning of bin stores.

Cleaning duties include hoovering / moping of the internal blocks of flats, as well as general cleaning throughout the blocks which would be detailed upon the applicant being successful, duties also include litter picking of car parks and perimeters and cleaning of bin stores.

The applicant will be expected to carry out all three sets of the duties that are listed above, although we are looking for an experienced window cleaner who will be willing to help out with the teams other duties when required.

WORKING HOURS

8am-4pm working hours are on site Monday to Friday, 28 days holiday includes Bank holidays, as well as a full uniform, training in any equipment that is needed, all necessary PPE will be supplied and a company van supplied.

EXPERIENCE

An experienced background in the reach and wash system, with knowledge of hose use, location set up and the window cleaning systems, 3 years + experience is required.

SALARY: £26,500.00 PER YEAR.
