With ambitious growth plans and an exciting agenda, Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a highly experienced Head of Technology Recruitment to lead our hiring efforts across the organisation.

You'll own recruitment of Tech, Cyber and Data colleagues, approximately 2,000 hires planned for 2023 alone

With scope to lead and inspire a team including Senior Recruitment Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, Operations Leads and Direct Sourcers, this is a fantastic chance to create an impact.

The opportunity:

- Working closely with the Talent Management & Acquisition Director as the overall lead on Tech hiring, you'll ensure the Group is progressive, striving for best in class and continuing our focus on being truly inclusive.
- Lead the development and implementation of Lloyds Banking Group's technology recruitment strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including hiring managers, HR, and senior leaders.
- You'll build, inspire, and shape an operation, sharing a clear vision, owning FTE and budget, and ultimately producing brilliant, high quality recruitment delivery.

What do we need from you?
- Extensive experience in technology recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of the technology job market and the skills and experience required for technology roles
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, assessing, and hiring top technology talent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of recruiters
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex recruitment projects from start to finish
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions
