**An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, self-motivated and experienced nurse to further develop their management skills and provide clinical and professional nursing leadership to the Adult out-Patient Outpatient team, and the phlebotomy team at St Lukes Hospital.**

**We are looking to appoint a dynamic and skilled individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide visible nursing leadership, with an ability to positively influence clinical pathways and an understanding of the issues and challenges associated with delivering patient care in outpatient environments.**

**You must be enthusiastic and passionate about delivering high standards of patient centred care and be a professional role model for the areas of responsibility; ensuring patients receive a positive experience in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team.**

**It is essential that you have a good understanding of the challenges in relation to the areas of responsibility and the skills required to support patients, families, carers and staff. You must also demonstrate excellent organisational skills, an understanding of change management processes, and the ability to inspire, lead and develop a team.**

**Requirements**:

- **Registered Nurse on the appropriate part of the NMC register**:

- **Post registration experience at band 6 (minimum of 2 years)**:

- **Evidence of current CPD
