Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Payroll & Pensions Officer to join the finance function of a professional services business based in Sheffield. Due to growth the business are now looking for extra support within the Payroll team initially basedin Sheffield but only require attending the office 1 day per week following completion of the initial training period.

Due to growth the business are now looking for extra support within the Payroll team initially basedin Sheffield but only require attending the office 1 day per week following completion of the initial training period.

**Description**

The successful Payroll Officer will be responsible for; but not limited to: ensuring all tasks are completed within a timely manner, oversee the start to finish payroll process, resolution of payroll queries and issues over the telephone, statutory calculationssuch as SSP,SMP, SPP etc and any hoc duties as required.

**Profile**

The successful Payroll Officer will:

- Have some payroll experience - desirable
- Be CIPP qualified - desirable
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong excel skills - desirable

**Job Offer**

£20,000 - £27,000 (DOE) + Full CIPP study support + 33 hour working week (can be worked across 4 days) + Flexible start and finish times + Hybrid working (1 day a week in the office after initial training period) + 27.5 days holiday plus banks + Easily accessiblefrom Sheffield train and bus station
