**We are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter**/**Waitress for our destination **Bloomsbury Street Kitchen restaurant, located within our 4 Star Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury Street Hotel.**

**Overview**:

- We are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter/Waitress for our destination restaurant Bloomsbury Street Kitchen restaurant, this is located within our 4 Star Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury Street Hotel.
- As Head Waiter/ Waitress you will be responsible for directing the food and beverage operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment, alongside the restaurant management team.
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by requesting feedback and evaluating service standards on a daily basis.
- Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager.
- Assisting with staff training, development and recruitment.

**About You**:

- Current in-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage trends within a Restaurant or hotel restaurant environment, ideally at a supervisory level.
- Must be able to lead, motivate, coach and develop a team.
- The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
- A proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of both personal and departmental targets.
