Airsoft Sales Advisor

We are a small family run business based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. We specialise in the retail of air rifles and shooting equipment. We are planning on expanding into the Airsoft market and as this is not our field of expertise, we are looking for someone to join our team who has extensive knowledge of, and experience with Airsoft products. Any previous sales experience and customer service roles would also be an advantage.

The role will be primarily based at our busy shop in Sleaford, but we also have a secondary location at North Rauceby, outside of Sleaford, which is not on major transport routes. The job will be a minimum of sixteen hours, and if this planned expansion of our business is successful, more hours will become available. The salary will start at £11.44 (21yrs+).

This is a customer facing role, therefore we require someone who is well presented and offers a high level of customer service. An excellent telephone manner is a must, as answering telephone calls will be an important part of this role,

Although this role will be focused on Airsoft products, the applicant will be required to assist with other areas of the business, including packing online orders, taking orders and payments over the telephone, handling deliveries, and serving customers in the shop.

- Monday to Friday
