As part of continued growth, they now wish to hire additional technical expertise to directly support manufacturer customers.

**Package**:
£40-47K Basic salary +company bonus

Expensed company car, pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday

**Location**:
West Midlands

**Job Role**:
The technical coatings specialist role is tasked with enabling the effective delivery of tailored wood coatings solutions to key customers. The role will be both office and field based, including:

- Colour matching, formulating colours, use of colour software and technology, technical advice on coatings and finishes, supplying samples.
- Direct engagement with customers on-site to understand partnership and business needs.

**The Person Needed**:

- Prior experience working in an associated professional environment e.g. paint spraying, finishing, coatings, wood coatings, colour matching or colourist.
- Confidence engaging face-to-face with professional business customers.
- A desire to be part of a growing company offering excellent career progression.
