**Role Overview**

Working as part of the digital print team, you will ensure the timely printing of customer jobs, meeting client specifications, and adherence to production schedules to meet mailing dates, on time or ahead of schedule.

**Salary**:Incremental rises in line with successful completion of relevant, pre-agreed training modules, including gaining OEM Certification.

**Reports To**: Area Manager

**Shift Pattern**: Must be able to commit to a 3-shift rotation (includes a shift allowance)

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Operation of all digital print equipment, including use of internal printer system to control movement of print files across cut sheet and continuous laser/inkjet printers
- Conduct regular colour calibration and head cleaning to ensure high quality print
- Set up print layout according to customer/job specifications, and change layout configuration as required
- Configuration, setup and running of Hunkeler merge, cut and stacking modules to match customers desired output
- Ensure appropriate print files are processed through Prisma Production and allocated to correct print equipment
- Demonstrate close attention to detail, ensuring all jobs are set up correctly from the outset, minimising costs incurred through errors and corrective action
- Carry out regular quality checks throughout the print process to ensure 100% accuracy against customer specification
- Ensure printers are operated to maximise efficiency, with mínimal paper waste and optimal quality/output

- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to maintain production continuity
- Employ a conscious health and safety approach, ensuring all health and safety requirements are completed
