**Contract Length**: 18 month fixed term contract

**In a nutshell**:
As we continue to grow our network and expand our team across the south of the UK. With hubs already in Hampshire, East Sussex and Thames Valley, we are looking to further our reach and continue to deliver great service and innovative projects to our growing client base.
**Day to day**:
This role provides the opportunity to be part of the huge changes that are happening in the business right now. You will be part of a team that is implementing new People processes across the business. Whilst also supporting the teams own service levels and commitment to remain compliant with all employment legislation.
This will often include the following activities.
- Prepare and issue correspondence for all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Support the HR Administrator in managing the ATS platform
- Maintain and file all employee documentation accurately onto the HR platform
- Support the team in remaining GDPR compliant
- Manage and maintain companywide compliance training via an online portal
**About you**:

- Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C (4+) or above, including English and Maths, or equivalent
- No HR experience necessary, but must be willing to learn and put in the necessary work to gain the experience and qualifications on offer
- Excellent organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective time and task management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to deal with changing priorities
- Good customer facing skills
- Able to main confidentiality
