Adecco Recruitment is working with our client in Bangor to recruit a full time and permanent Warehouse/ Logistics Supervisor
Responsible for day-to-day management of people within the warehouse function - to ensure materials, goods and products are in the right location to meet customer requirements and to plan/arrange logistics to ensure products meet customer delivery performance.
Also, to ensure staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures. Responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvements within the warehouse
**Criteria**
- GCSE Maths, English
- Forklift licence
- Business related third level qualification
- At least 4 years' experience as a Stores Supervisor within a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse facility
- Knowledge of multiple stores management
- At least 4 years' experience of people management
- At least 4 years' computerised stock management experience
- Experience/skill in computerised stock and bar-coding systems (MRP, ERP)
- Contacting internal/external suppliers and transporters
- Working knowledge of H&S procedures within a busy warehouse
- Knowledge and at least 1 years' experience of working to Value Stream principles
- Use of Excel to run reports for use in analysis of data and trends for improvement

This role is permanent 39hr week. Hours of work are M-T 8am-5pm, Fri 8am - 1pm. Some flexibility is required and overtime is paid when/if required.
Holidays are 22 days + 8 stats rising to 25 after 8yrs.
