**Bloom & Care are looking for a new Community Care Assistant to join our small close knit team for set hours of two weekends a month.**

**Community Care Worker shift**:

- **The individual will be employed to cover two weekends a month (morning/lunches then evening shift both Saturday & Sunday). Approx 9 hours a day. **_Weekend rotas are provided 3 months in advance so you can work your life around them and plan ahead._
- **Optional Flexi/bank work to cover the teams annual leave etc**

Bloom & Care is a multi-award winning nurse-led family run business focusing on patient centred care. The successful applicant will see set clients in order to build rapport and trust enabled high quality of care.

- No qualifications needed - we can support you in completing formal qualifications in health and social care levels 2-5 or other specialist short courses such Parkinson’s, Dementia etc. (following successful induction period)

- We cover the **Bedford area and close surrounding villages only.**:

- Clients on the same run are based near each other to minimise travel time.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
