Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a global and innovative business on the recruitment of a HR Manager on an interim basis. This contract will initially be for 12 months, but could extend into something longer term, after this.

Our client is based on the outskirts of Gloucester and adopt a hybrid working model of 3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home. Please note, this position requires an immediate start, therefore you must be immediately available or availableat short notice to be considered.

This position of interim HR Manager will be vital in providing an efficient and effective HR support service to the UK business, as well as lead on several projects.

**Responsibilities of the interim HR Manager will include but not be limited to**:

- Acting as the 1st point of contact for all HR generalist topics, and managing the full HR lifecycle including starters, leavers, family policies, etc.
- Managing all employee relations issues and supporting/advising line management through the HR processes required.
- Developing and leading a recruitment strategy for the UK business including talent attraction and retention via social media platforms and graduate/apprenticeship schemes.
- Continuously identifying areas of improvement and working closely with the wider UK business to lead on the implementation of new initiatives where required.
- Implementing and managing a career development platform, and continuous training and development schemes.
- Managing the payroll, and other administrative HR duties.

**Your Profile**:

- Strong proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally with a CIPD qualification.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Good commercial acumen and a business understanding.
- Previous HRIS experience and proficiency in using the Microsoft suite.
