We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools

The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours Per Week (Monday - Friday)

You Will Be Responsible For
- Maintain and update records within various management information systems
- Undertake general ‘team’ admin duties as and when required
- Maintain office systems
- Undertake other basic business support duties as part of a team
- Perform other duties as requested by the Manager
- Program, allocate and coordinate Helpdesk Tasks, through liaison with the Operations Team
- Participate in daily performance conference calls
- Liaising with our Site Teams
- Managing Helpdesk tasks
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Allocate the correct level of work to ensure SLA’s are met
- Note taking

We Want To Hear From You If You Have
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, within all levels of the business, and to external parties such as the client and tenants
- Excellent customer liaison skills
- Previous experience of CAFM system -desirable
- Good numeracy & literacy
- Experience/use of MS Word and MS Excel in a general administrative role
- Good organisational and planning skills

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
