**Job Description - Office - Administration Assistant**

We are looking for a key individual to join our team at Gladman & Norman Ltd. The role includes but is not limited to
- Processing Sales / Purchase Orders
- Stock Receipt In deliveries from Suppliers
- Creating detailed Works Order & booking out work
- Arranging courier services
- Quality checking
- Working along production to provide feedback & problem solve
- Frontline customer service
- Taking deliveries
- Updating processes & stock replenishment
- Provide quotes & costings as requested
- Become familiar with the operations & processes within production

**Essential - You will.**
- Have Sales Order Processing & Purchase Order processing experience
- Be prompt, punctual and professional at all times
- Have effective communication with all customers / suppliers & the in house team
- Have a willingness to learn systems used inhouse i.e. Sage 200
- Be able to use MS Office programs or similar
- Work as part of a team & have the ability to lone work using own initiative
- Be enthusiastic to learn manufacturing processes
- Work in a sometimes fast pace environment and meet deadlines required
- Report to department lead

**Desirable**
- Hold previous experience in manufacturing/Production
- Have knowledge of stock control
- Have knowledge of the industry
- Knowledge of SAGE 200
- Have an understanding of production quality

**Salary **- £22,500 - £25,000 (depending on experience) per annum based on 38 hour working week. Monday - Friday.

*3 month probationary period.

**Benefits** - Year end performance based bonus (December)

**Holiday** - 28 days per year (inc 8 B/H)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham, B1 3EG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
