Packaging Technologist

Working on behalf of our client based in Flint we are looking for a Packaging Technologist on a Permanent basis.

**Key Duties**:

- Develop packaging solutions for new and existing products
- Conduct packaging feasibility studies
- Design and prototype packaging components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets product requirements
- Conduct packaging testing and analysis
- Maintain records and documentation related to packaging development
- Previous experience in a packaging technologist role or looking to step up from a junior packaging role.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials and design principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Diploma in Packaging
