Experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
The manufacturing process involves hand, wet laying up of fiberglass matting along side other materials by hand to build the structure panels. Would suit someone who likes being hands on.
Other general aspects needed for the role include a good work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to get on with different types of people within a small team environment and preferably have experience in a manufacturing environment.
