Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team in Ireland.

As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

**Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage selections
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent guest services
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- European Citizenship
