Commercial Plumber

Plumber required for our client, a plumbing and heating services provider, who operate throughout London and the Home Counties. They require a commercial plumber, to work around the Sussex and Hampshire areas, typically from Brighton to Portsmouth, coveringreactive and repair works on their social housing contracts.

The plumber will be carrying out emergency works, such as repairing leaks, working on heating systems (non gas work) such as changing pumps, valves etc. as well as carrying out remedial works. There would also be a small amount of installation work. This willgenerally be within commercial plant-rooms, within communal housing blocks / flats. The Plumber must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing and heating. The Plumber must be based within commutable distance to patch, e.g. between Brightonand Portsmouth.

- Carrying out repairs, remedial work and installation of commercial plumbing systems
- Working around the Hampshire and Sussex areas.

**PlumberPosition Requirements**
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing and Heating or equivalent
- Previous experience carrying out service and repair works of commercial plant-room equipment e.g. pumps, booster sets, pipework etc.
- Based on patch
- Full UK driving license

**Plumber Position Remuneration**
- £35,000 basic salary
- Overtime
- Call out rota 1 in 5 weeks
- Van and fuel card
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
